At various stages during your repairs, your Power Partners Case Manager will be in touch with you. This is to schedule convenient times for Trades Professionals to visit, and also get feedback from you as to how you feel everything is progressing.

 

Your Case Manager will keep you aware of when trades professionals need to attend your property so that if you wish to arrange supervision or access you can do so. In our experience, we’ve found that open communication during this time means that repair-sites are attended to more quickly, and the time spent completing the task is greatly reduced.
